A Silent Auction will be held during the National. The Silent Auction will be limited to major items such as Large Baskets, artwork, items of jewelry, unique items or other items/ grouping of items (baskets). The Silent Auction will run from Wednesday thru Saturday. New Items will be put up for Auction each day, with Silent Auction bids closing each day. Silent Auction items must be claimed by 9 AM the next morning, or they will be offered to the second highest bidder.
The Show Committee is asking for “Regional Baskets” for the Silent Auction to be donated by ESS Specialty Clubs nationwide. Please use the form at the bottom of this page or email Carolyn Betchley at cfashley@yahoo.com if you can help.
In conjunction with the Silent Auction, a Small Items Raffle will be held for items or baskets of lessor value. Tickets for the Small Items Raffle will be sold only at the National for $1 each, or 25 tickets for $20. New Items will be put up for raffle each day, with the raffle tickets drawn at the end of Breed judging each day. Raffle items must be claimed by 9 AM the next morning, or a new ticket will be drawn
The committee is gladly accepting donations of items for inclusion in the Silent Auction/Small Item Raffle. Please use the form at the bottom of this page or email Carolyn Betchley at cfashley@yahoo.com to tell us about your denotation. If you forget to tell us, you are still encouraged to bring your items to the National. We will gladly accept spontaneous donations.
