This is the inaugural year of the AKC Scent Work Program. This will be the first Scent Work Trial offered at an ESSFTA National Specialty.  English Springer Spaniels are one of the more popular breeds used for professional scent detection work in professions such as law enforcement and environmental conservation. They love to use their nose. We are lucky to have several AKC licensed Scent Work Judges in our club. This should be an exciting first trial for all who participate or spectate.DSC_9737
