There are no restaurants on the Show Site.

Participants are not allowed to bring outside food into the Exhibit Hall, the Ballrooms, or the meeting room.

The Hampton Hotel will be providing Lunch Kiosks where lunch items will be sold. The menu will be different each day.

Participants will pay the cashier for their lunch when they pick up their food. ESSFTA will be giving the Hotel an estimate of the number of people planning to buy lunch at the kiosk each day, in order to assure they have enough food. When they run out of food – that is it for the day.

In order to assure we have enough food, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page indicating which days you might purchase lunch at one of the Kiosks. You do not need to pay until you pick up your food.

Note the Following Restrictions: If you reserve a lunch, you will receive a ticket for that day. During the first hour the Kiosk is open, only people with tickets will be allowed thru the lunch line. After the first hour, anybody can go thru the line if there is food available. This is to assure that those who reserved a lunch can get it. If you want a lunch – Please reserve one. You can give your ticket to somebody else if you decide you don’t want lunch that day.

DAILY Menu: $14.00 per person per day – Iced tea, water or soft drink included with every lunc


Pasta Bar with Caesar salad, penne pasta, grilled chicken, meat balls, marinara and alfredo sauce and garlic bread sticks


Soup, salad and baked potato bar to include chicken enchilada soup, house salad and baked potato with butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and scallions


Asian Buffet to include Stir fry chicken, Asian mushrooms, sprouts, snow peas, garlic & ginger, pot stickers & vegetable spring rolls, sweet & spicy chili dipping sauce


Black forest ham or smoked turkey wrap, tomato mozzarella pasta salad, assorted chips


Flatbread station to include Mediterranean salad, 4-cheese and Pepperoni flatbread, grilled chicken, spinach and artichoke flatbread, and classic margarita flatbread


Grilled cheese and tomato basil soup with seasonal fruit salad and assorted chips
